Thank you Steve and Linda, for building our dream home!  This project was exciting and we thoroughly enjoyed working with you and your team.  When we met you for the first time, 6 years ago, at the Tour of Homes, we knew we wanted you to build our forever home.  Your hands on approach and attention to detail are what sets you apart from other general contractors.  Our home has many, one of a kind, features and structural aspects that are unique to Steven Johnson Construction.  The entire project was a scheduling challenge, due to the fact that this was a Tour Home, but you and Linda did an amazing job of pulling it all together!  Your subcontractors are the best we have worked with.   They all share your caring attitude and provided same quality of excellence.  We enjoyed being involved during every step of our project.  Some builders use design teams and the homeowners are not part of this exciting process.  Our preference was to be involved with you and our architect from the very beginning.  The result is a custom, one of a kind home that we designed together!  Your design skills and ideas were extremely important to us and they fit our style perfectly!  We proudly recommend Steven Johnson Construction to anyone that would like to build their custom dream home!  Thank you again!  Michael and Vicki Pattle
